Nate practices extensively in the area of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Ryley Carlock & Applewhite in 1989, he practiced with the law firm of Evans, Kitchel & Jenckes, Phoenix, Arizona (1976-1989). He was recently elected to serve on the firm's Executive Committee.
Nate is a nationally recognized authority on labor relations law. He has served as lead negotiator and principal architect of labor relations strategy for some of the nation’s major business enterprises in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining, technology, utilities, transportation, food, retail, and others.
