Nathan's practice is concentrated on assisting public and private companies with general business and corporate issues, acquisitions and divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Nathan frequently works with financial institutions regarding regulatory issues and intra and interstate reorganizations and acquisitions. In addition, his bank regulatory practice includes the review, analysis and negotiation of various agreements and regulatory enforcement actions for financial institutions. Nathan has experience assisting companies with organizational, financing and capital raising activities, and with the drafting and negotiation of strategic business agreements. He has worked with public companies regarding acquisitions and divestitures, financing transactions and SEC filings and reports.
Nathan earned his B.B.A., focusing his studies in the areas of finance and marketing, from Eastern Kentucky University. Nathan is a magna cum laude graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and was a member of the Brandeis Honor Society.
