Nancy M. Lawrence graduated from GW Law School in 1978, and has practiced family- and employment-based immigration law for the past 31+ years. Her clients include corporations of various sizes, as well as individuals. Ms. Lawrence’s office is in Reston, Virginia, where she is of-counsel to the law firm of Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, PC. Ms. Lawrence has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1979, serving as the Chair of the AILA Washington, DC Chapter from 1987 to 1988. Since 1998, Ms. Lawrence has been a Spring semester Professorial Lecturer at GW Law School, teaching a course entitled Immigration Law II - Family and Employment-Based Immigration Practice. She has been teaching the same course as a Fall semester Adjunct Professor at American University’s Washington College of Law since 2001. She has been included in the Best Lawyers in America in the category of Immigration Law (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013), she was selected to the Washingtonian’s “Top 800 Lawyers in Washington” list in 2009, and she has been selected as one of Washington, DC's top lawyers for immigration law in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
