Michael Kerr has a dual practice in corporate commercial civil litigation and estate litigation. He has experience in matters involving estates, trusts, contracts, shareholder disputes, and wrongful dismissal claims.
Michael has acted as counsel in a wide range of disputes at all levels of courts in Ontario. He has represented clients before the Ontario Securities Commission and various self-regulatory organizations.
Michael’s in-depth experience allows him to provide a pragmatic assessment of the situation, and well-reasoned recommendation for action. He ensures that his clients are kept informed throughout the litigation process and that they are well prepared for the decisions necessary at each stage.
