Michael J. "Mike" Wren

Michael Wren is the past Chair of Miller Thomson’s National Real Estate Law Practice Group and has been a member of the Firm’s national Executive Committee. Mike is a Partner who has specialized in commercial real estate law and leasing for over 30 years. Mike provides local leadership on national real estate transactions and leasing for the firm. His practice covers all aspects of real estate transactions including land acquisition, development, secured financings, joint ventures, development agreements, and leasing in respect of multiple asset classes.

In addition to his commercial clients, Mike’s practice extends to the institutional sector. He frequently represents school boards and other educational institutions, as well as charities and not for profit organizations, including religious groups of various denominations.
