Melissa Therien is an associate in the Corporate Group, practicing in mergers and acquisitions, banking, project finance, as well as general corporate and commercial law. Her practice is focused primarily on complex corporate and transactional matters, in particular relating to leveraged acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, financings and restructurings.

Melissa has significant experience advising private equity, financial sponsor and other clients in connection with both cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, financing and other strategic transactions.
