Mary Neufeld practices exclusively in the area of family law and joined the partnership in 2008. This includes extensive experience in divorce, property division, custody, parenting, child and spousal support, and adoption. Mary’s preferred approach to family disputes is collaborative law which provides an alternative to courts and the adversarial process although she also has a great deal of experience in negotiating and litigating in the traditional court system.
Mary has played an integral role helping form the Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc., as well as helping lead the corporation as the former Vice-President and President. She continues to serve in the capacity of Past President. She is also a recent member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Mary was honoured with a Queen’s Counsel Appointment in 2015.
