Marianne Sanchez is an attorney in the Foreclosure and Title Litigation Groups and is admitted to practice in New York State. Her practice focuses on residential real estate litigation, representing lenders, financial institutions, and servicers in litigated foreclosure actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sanchez was an associate at a financial services litigation firm. She handled all aspects of foreclosure litigation, from negotiating loss mitigation alternatives to defending creditors’ rights at numerous hearings and appearances throughout the downstate counties of New York State.
Ms. Sanchez received her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review and served the West Texas community as a student-attorney with the Criminal Justice Clinic. She is a graduate of Baylor University, where she earned B.A. degrees in Political Science and Journalism.
Ms. Sanchez is a member of the Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force of the New York City Bar Association and has been named as a New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star.
