During the years 2004-2005 she was a Foreign Associate at Greenberg & Glusker, Los Angeles, California, USA, in charge pf the supervision and management of litigation and negotiation of commercial, and technology operations and Legal Advisor to the Business Software Alliance, a body that groups the main software and technology producing companies and, Legal Manager – Country Manager of Mexico, Costa Rica and Venezuela, in charge of managing relations with governments, policy makers, advocate and development of public policies, regulations and legal compliance.
From 1998 to 2002 she was an Estudio Juridico Otero-Law Firm´s Associate Lawyer, in Chile. Practice areas: litigator, antitrust and telecommunications advisory, administrative, constitutional, health, electrical, public tenders, law and technology areas.

Visiting Professor of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Chile, in Magister of Regulatory Challenges of New Technologies in the Public Administration of the State, on purchases in the public sector and the regulatory framework for it, within the digital transformation of the state, 2019.
Since 2006, Visiting Professor in New Technologies and Intellectual Property of the CEDI of the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile, with participation in Master's programs and in various seminars, workshop, conference, as an exponent in areas of data protection, technology contracts, IT matters in the public and private area, cyber -crime, technology litigation.
Associate Professor of Procedural Law which include courses included teaching about judicial processes and the different instances before the courts of justice and administrative bodies in regulated markets, and the legislative process of creating public policies and laws.
