Lino Lipinsky de Orlov is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Lino represents corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in resolving complex commercial disputes through litigation, from pretrial through appeal, or through alternative means, including mediation and arbitration. Lino has litigated cases in state and federal courts, including the US District Court for the District of Colorado, the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, and the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Lino has particular expertise in the litigation of creditor’s rights, real estate, trade secrets, and employment issues. He also counsels clients and writes articles for publication on legal issues relating to technology and the Internet.
Lino maintains offices in Denver and Washington, DC, where his wife, Diana DeGette, serves as a member of the US House of Representatives for Colorado's 1st District.
