When asked to describe the philosophy that guides her law practice, Lindsay Daye Barbee says that clients trust her to protect the most important and personal aspects of their lives: their children, their wealth and the roadmap to the family’s future. Understanding these priorities and all they entail has helped her be a more successful family law attorney.
Ms. Barbee is determined to give her clients the individual attention they need to navigate each case with compassion and clarity. She advocates for her clients with the passion and ferocity that come from years of experience in high-stakes litigation. She understands, however, that each case is unique, and so she doesn’t take a “one size fits all” approach to problem-solving. Ms. Barbee’s diverse practice has taught her that not every client benefits emotionally or financially from traditional litigation. In many cases, the private and confidential process of mediation or collaborative law can help minimize damage to families and safeguard what matters to them most. Whatever their goals may be, Ms. Barbee is committed to providing zealous advocacy with pragmatic strategy.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Ms. Barbee is licensed to practice in Texas.
