Lillian Ajuria

Recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the Law Society of New South Wales, Lillian has been practising law since 1997. Lillian is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Lillian’s experience in the field of immigration is extensive – from employer-sponsored work visas, entertainment and distinguished talent visas, partner and family migration, through to tribunal appeals, representations to the Australian Government’s Immigration Minister and engagement with senior members of Parliament.Renowned for her dedication to the profession and her tireless advocacy for her clients, Lillian is one of Australia’s most sought after immigration lawyers. Lillian has been included in the Best Lawyers List in the Australian Financial Review every year since 2009.

She has served as New South Wales Vice-President of the Migration Institute of Australia, as a board member of the Immigration Advice and Rights Centre, and as member of the Law Society of NSW Immigration Law Committee.Lillian’s outstanding contribution to the Spanish business community in Australia, especially during her four year term as National President of La Camara, the Spanish-Australian Chamber of Commerce, was recently recognised when she was bestowed a Royal Award of Civil Merit by the King of Spain.

Lillian is fully accredited as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, a member of the Society of Public Notaries of New South Wales. She is also an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law.Lillian is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science.
