Pete Ezell is a shareholder in the firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, residing in the Nashville, Tennessee office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and finance, private activity bond tax-exempt financings and economic development transactions.
Mr. Ezell received a B.A. in Political Science from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee; an M.B.A. from National University in San Diego, California; and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Additionally, he is a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is past Chair of the Attorney's Opinions Committee.
