Kenny Greene focuses his practice on commercial finance, banking and bankruptcy. He works closely with both national and regional banks, commercial lenders, finance companies and factors on important issues that impact the profitability of their operations. He documents and closes secured loans, restructures troubled loans, supports insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings and resolves issues involving creditors’ rights.
Kenny is a past president and current fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL). He serves on two task forces established by the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association – one to create a model agreement governing the control of account deposits and another to create model agreements for first and second intercreditor liens.
Before joining Carruthers & Roth, Kenny served in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the United States Navy.
