Justin assists corporate clients with matters relating to finance, real estate, and acquisition transactions.
Justin focuses on a broad range of residential, resort, and commercial real estate transactions and development activities relevant to the mountain communities of Colorado's western slope. He is also a member of our Recreational and Outdoor Equipment industry group.
Prior to joining Holland & Hart's Aspen office, Justin was an Associate with a large, regional law firm based in Denver. Before pursuing his legal career, Justin was a writer and editor for Outside Magazine.
