Ju Min Kim

Ju Min Kim, born in South Korea, joined VOSSIUS in 2021. Before joining VOSSIUS, Ju Min was a partner in a renowned patent attorney firm. Since 2011 she works in the field of Intellectual Property and was admitted to practice as a German Patent Attorney and European Patent Attorney in 2015.

Ju Min advises clients in technically complex and multi-jurisdictional patent infringement and invalidity proceedings and is highly experienced in the field of telecommunication, electronics and computer-related technology. She has been involved in several standard essential patent litigation cases. In addition to the strong focus on patent litigation, Ju Min assists clients also in prosecution of patent applications at the European Patent Office and at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in various fields including telecommunication and electronics.

Ju Min studied physics and mathematics at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in South Korea and physics at the University of Bonn. She wrote her doctoral thesis at the University of Bonn in the field of Particle Physics and Cosmology and worked at the Max-Planck-Institute for Physics in Munich.
