John has been a partner with the firm since 2001. John’s practice covers a wide range from corporate merger and de-merger transactions, acquisition and disposition structuring to dispute resolution, with an additional focus on resource taxation and international corporate finance.
John has been a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, and has spoken at numerous forums on various tax topics.
