Jane deals with labour disputes from a long-term perspective. She recognizes that the relationship between the parties must continue long after an agreement is reached, and that litigation, with its costly implications on all levels, should be viewed as a last resort.
In negotiations, Jane is intent upon obtaining a mutually acceptable agreement. With a reputation for being reliable and practical, she directs her efforts to resolving her clients’ issues effectively and efficiently.
Jane’s private sector clients include all areas of manufacturing and business. Her public sector clients include a number of public associations in the health care and social service sectors, and their umbrella organizations.
