He regularly works with publicly-traded and privately-held companies, as well as private equity firms and management companies, on complex mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and internal restructurings. Mr. Neill has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including energy, entertainment, manufacturing, and technology. Mr. Neill also advises in connection with compliance issues and statutory required filings, including with respect to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvement Act of 1976.
