For more than 25 years Harris Chernow, Partner in Reger Rizzo & Darnall’s Philadelphia Office and Chair of the Firm's National Franchise & Distribution Practice Group, has concentrated his practice on franchise and business-related matters. Harris has developed his national franchise practice by representing franchisors, franchisees and distributors from coast to coast. He dedicates his practice to providing counsel and guidance to clients involved in franchise transactions and dispute resolution matters, with a specific focus on licensing, distribution, corporate structuring, and retail development. Representing both leaders and start-ups in the franchising and retail distribution industries, his clients range from franchisors to single and multi-unit franchisee owners, as well as area developers, master franchisees, distributors, franchise associations, and many more.
