Jason Gold is the Chair of the Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. Named as one of Washington, DC’s “Top 100 Lawyers” (2011–2013), Mr. Gold has more than 30 years of experience in complex restructuring and insolvency matters. He leads a group of nationally recognized bankruptcy lawyers who practice throughout the country and who are called upon by all types of clients in chapter 11 cases and other insolvency-related restructurings or liquidations.
