Attorney Glorily A. Lopez exclusively practices U.S. immigration and nationality law. From 2009 to 2011, Attorney Lopez held the offices of Chair of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and Governor at Board of Governors of AILA at the national level. Update on DACA - Aug. 2012
The Law intends to establish a mega-regulator, based on the Central Bank of Russia to perform both regulatory and supervisory functions in relation to financial markets. For these purposes all functions and authorities of the FFMS and certain regulatory powers of Russian Ministry of Finance and Russian Government shall be transferred to the CBR.
