Glenn Legge is a Houston-based partner with Holman Fenwick Willan USA. His focus is in commercial litigation, including energy, marine, construction and insurance coverage matters, as well as regulatory investigations and transactional matters. Mr. Legge has tried numerous cases to verdict and has arbitrated commercial disputes through award and enforcement. He has argued cases before Texas appellate courts in the 1st, 5th and 14th Districts, the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also has addressed operators, contractors and service companies in the energy sector, as well as their insurers in various Lloyd’s syndicates, about timely issues confronting the insurance and energy industries. Mr. Legge is a frequent speaker to energy groups concerning regulatory matters affecting the oil and gas industry, and advises clients on contractual risk allocation related to liabilities and damages from cyberattacks.
