Gary S. Qualls

Mr. Qualls focuses his practice on assisting health care clients with regulatory and strategic planning issues and representing such clients in a wide array of health care litigation matters, including certificate of need contested cases, licensing and certification matters, payment disputes, medical staff privilege matters, EMTALA issues, and civil monetary penalty appeals. He has provided a broad range of legal services to hospital systems, nursing facility providers, adult care facility providers, continuing care providers, home health agencies, hospice facilities and hospice home care agencies, dialysis providers, physician groups and other health care providers.
