I practice technology, intellectual property and business law. My clients range from one-person startups to Fortune 500. Although I am part of a small firm, my firm partners with other lawyers and law firms on a project-by-project basis to provide the best experience to our clients in a cost-effective manner.
During my 30+ years in practice, I have worked in both large and small firms, as well as in-house.
I also plan and speak at continuing legal education seminars. I have edited a four-volume treatise, entitled "Computer Software: Protection / Liability / Law / Forms." I give talks and webinars, and have served as an adjunct professor (part-time lecturer) at Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ for several intellectual property courses (Cyberlaw course and Copyright course).
