Franklin F. Wallis is a partner at Muhm & Reilly, LLC. He received an A.B. degree from Central Methodist College in 1966, a J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law in 1969, and an LL.M. degree (Taxation) from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 1970. Mr. Wallis is admitted to practice in Missouri and the U.S. Tax Court, and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis. He has served as a Board member for numerous organizations in the St. Louis area, including the Arts & Education Council, Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, St. Louis Art Museum, Forest Park Forever, and Sheldon Arts Foundation. Mr. Wallis has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the Trusts and Estates practice category since 1987.
