State Attorney on leave, PwC partner and regulatory specialist assigned to the energy sector department since January 2011. At the time of joining PwC, he was Chief State Attorney in the Ministry of Energy, Secretary of the Interministerial Commission for the Securitization of the Electricity Sector Deficit, Secretary of the Board of Invest in Spain and Convention Coordinator between the General Advocacy Legal Assistance and the Center for Innovation and Technological Development (CDTI).
Degree in Law from the Complutense University and with legal and business expertise from San Pablo CEU, has played, among others, the positions of Director of the Office of the Secretary-General for Energy, Director of the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDEA) Coordinator of Legal Assistance Agreement between the General State Bar and the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX) and State Attorney in Cáceres.
He also has experience in the practice of law before the courts in all jurisdictions and legal advice to industrial and energy sector and natural resources (electricity, gas, oil, mining, water). Experience in internal advisory of the Public Administration in the area of energy, business merger, subsidies for R & D + i, aerospace industry, among others.
