Eu Ming has over 20 years' experience practicing property and development law in Melbourne.

Eu Ming’s primary focus is commercial property, with particular expertise and experience in a variety of property and property related matters.

Transactions in significant property assets include due diligence, commercial leasing and various land use agreements, acquisition, structuring, planning, construction and sale of ‘off the plan’ developments for commercial and residential developments.

Local and overseas developers and property investors rely on Eu Ming’s in-depth knowledge and expertise of the property market, trends, history, property transaction and parties, as well as his highly effective negotiating and transaction closing skills.

In addition, Eu Ming and his team possess knowledge of several Asian languages and cultures that is invaluable when dealing with clients and other parties in a relevant context.

Recent experiences include:

  • Assisting in over A$800million of commercial and development site acquisitions in Melbourne in the 2012 and 2014 financial years.
  • Advising and assisting at all relevant levels of property development in Melbourne (especially 7 to 9 multi-storey development projects in the Melbourne CBD) in the 2012 to 2014 financial years.
