Eric has significant experience litigating claims involving non-compete agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, trade secrets, conversion and the misappropriation of confidential business information.
Eric has represented individuals and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of contract, dealership, franchise and other business disputes. Many of those matters involve a tremendous volume of documents and electronically stored information. Eric is proficient in matters of e-discovery, including preservation and production protocols. In addition to taking dozens of cases through trial, Eric has handled appeals in both state and federal appellate courts.
