For more than 20 years, Dwayne Fulk has provided exceptional legal counsel and responsive business solutions to organizations in a wide range of industries throughout the world. Mr. Fulk’s approach is to seek collaborative and innovative solutions that result in successfully completed transactions. Often acting as a general outside counsel, he gets to know each client’s unique business and industry to best understand and anticipate their concerns, obstacles and opportunities.
As a corporate and transactional lawyer, his experience has emphasized mergers and acquisitions, finance and development, franchise and distribution, international transactions, and entity formation and startup. Mr. Fulk has represented many family-owned businesses, including succession and transition planning and implementation for owners and management.
Active in professional, civic and charitable organizations throughout his career, Mr. Fulk has served as president of Safety Council of the Ozarks, Greater Ozarks Chapter of the American Red Cross, Kingswood Preschool and Kindergarten, Leadership Springfield Inc., Rotaract Club of Springfield, and Springfield’s Best Inc.; and as a member of the boards of directors of Greater Ozarks International Trade Association, Missouri Paralegal Association, and Springfield’s Best Foundation Inc. and advisory boards for Everest College, Summit Preparatory School of Southwest Missouri, and Missouri State University’s English Department and Honors College (and its Executive Steering Committee). He has taught as an adjunct professor in political science, business law, international commercial transactions and other areas, and is a frequent speaker on legal issues of corporate and international law.
