Martin Ammann

Martin Ammann became counsel to the firm in January 2018, before which he was co-head of the firm’s employment law and competition law groups. In employment law he represents Swiss and international clients in complex employment law proceedings and civil litigation and advices them e.g. in drafting tailor made solutions for managerial employees, bonus plans and further employment regulations. He handles complex restructuring and mass redundancy cases and supports clients in setting up staffing and placement services in Switzerland.

Martin Amman also regularly advises Swiss and international clients in competition and distribution law issues and represents them before the authorities. He has particular experience in the sectors of banking, consulting and services, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. He is fluent in German, English and French.
