My practice is focused on representing creditors in state and federal courts, and in pre-litigation efforts to resolve disputes and non-payment matters. I serve clients including local, regional, national and international banks, private lenders, and other business creditors. In connection with non-performing real estate loans, I assist creditors in seeking to resolve non-payment matters through loan modifications, workouts, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and other potential solutions prior to initiating a lawsuit. In state courts, my practice is focused on matters including lien foreclosures, collections, and receiverships. In federal courts, I represent creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy litigation, including actions concerning relief from stay, preferences, fraudulent transfers, leases, lien priority disputes, and objections to bankruptcy plan proposals. Additionally, I represent real estate clients, including condominium and homeowners associations, in disputes and litigation in a wide variety of matters such as assessment collections, lien enforcement, and other real estate-related matters.
