Diane L. Bellquist

Diane Bellquist helps licensed individuals and entities protect their livelihoods and businesses whenever disciplinary or licensure issues arise. With over 10 years’ experience working for Kansas regulatory agencies, Diane uses the knowledge she gained as a former insider to achieve superior results. She offers her clients the practical advantage of established relationships with agency personnel as well as a thorough understanding of the unwritten protocols and practices in effect in Kansas agencies and regulatory boards.

Diane has significant experience litigating healthcare industry issues after serving as Assistant General Counsel for the Kansas Board of Healing Arts and focusing on health care in private practice. She has defended countless physicians, chiropractors, and physician assistants in actions involving their licenses. Similarly, Diane regularly defends nurses before the Kansas State Board of Nursing, pharmacists before the Kansas Board of Pharmacy, and other health care providers before their respective administrative agencies.

Diane’s practice extends beyond the healthcare industry to include experience representing many other licensed professionals, including certified public accountants, engineers, real estate agents, and insurance agents.
