Diana Wilfer studied law in Münster, Germany, and received the degree Master of Laws (LL.M.) by participating in a supplementary study program in Legal Informatics (EULISP) in Hanover, Germany, and Vienna, Austria. She assisted in a project in intellectual property management for a leading international supplier of legal and economic data in the USA. Diana Wilfer completed her traineeship in Münster and Hamburg and joined Luther in 2008.
Diana Wilfer provides comprehensive legal advice in questions regarding intellectual property rights, including trademark and copyright law, as well as competition and data security law. She negotiates and drafts IT contracts, specialising in legal issues in media and information technology law, e-commerce, and Web 2.0.
