Deb represents debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees and trustees in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts across the country. She also represents sellers and purchasers in distressed M&A transactions and section 363 sales.
In addition, Deb co-authored the chapter, “Creditors’ Committees in Reorganization Cases,” for Collier Bankruptcy Practice Guide, the leading bankruptcy law treatise; co-wrote “Alternatives to Bankruptcy Under Federal and State law,” a chapter in Navigating Today’s Environment; and co-authored the monograph Debt Adjustments for Municipalities Under Chapter 9 of the Bankruptcy Code. Deb regularly lectures on bankruptcy topics to national and regional organizations. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Detroit chapter of TMA NOW and is a past Chair of the Michigan chapter of IWIRC.
