Danielle is the Assistant Managing Partner of Domestic Relations at Burnham Law, based in our Greenwood Village office. Danielle is a passionate family law advocate, with extensive experience and recognition in the field, both in and out of the courtroom. She has been awarded the Client’s Choice Award by Avvo for five years in a row, and was recently selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, which recognizes only 2.5% of all attorneys nationwide.
Danielle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and received her Juris Doctorate with Highest Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she held executive editor positions on two separate legal publications, as well as executive positions for multiple student organizations. Following her graduation, Danielle was licensed to practice law in Colorado, Oklahoma, and several federal jurisdictions, including the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Danielle has been certified in Family Law Advocacy Skills by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and was selected as one of the Top Ten Family Law Attorneys in Colorado by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. She has developed specialized experience with high-conflict divorce, relocation, and allocation of parental responsibilities, and also provides high-quality services to current and future Clients seeking marital agreements including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial contracts.
