Constantine Kyres practises tax law, specializing in domestic and international tax planning, trust law and estate planning. Over the last 32 years of practice, Constantine has planned many corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions, several of which were cross-border. He advises clients on structuring complex transactions, and corporate groups on minimizing taxes and integrating public and private shareholder interests.

Constantine has taken part in several conferences and has published numerous articles on corporate, personal, trusts and international tax topics. He taught international taxation for several years in the Masters of Taxation Program at the Université de Sherbrooke and in the Graduate Diploma in Taxation of McGill University.
He practiced at Dentons Canada LLP since 1989, where he was a partner and the head of the Montreal tax group, until he decided to practice on his own as of January 2014.
