Carly Miller is a litigator representing clients in a variety of industries, with a focus on construction, government contracting and energy. Carly’s construction and government contracts practice involves the representation of owners, EPC contractors, general contractors and subcontractors on a variety of projects, both public and private, international and domestic. She has experience in construction disputes, in both litigation and arbitration, across the United States and abroad, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Wyoming, Puerto Rico, Panama, Mexico and Chile. She has prosecuted and defended a wide range of matters, including delay, extra work, impact and inefficiency claims on complex federal government projects. Carly also advises construction clients in contract negotiation and contract administration during the performance of construction contracts.
Carly’s practice also involves general litigation around the state of Alabama and throughout the Southeast. She has represented clients in the healthcare, insurance, transportation, industrial and residential industries, in both litigation and arbitration. She also has federal litigation experience involving civil rights violations in pro bono prisoner cases.
