Kale Feldman is a partner in the firm of Chee Markham & Feldman, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation, while also providing extensive neutral services in the form of mediation and arbitration to the legal, construction, and business communities in Honolulu and throughout Hawaii. Mr. Feldman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the university of Hawaii in 1981, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Hastings College of the Law, University of California, in 1984. While in law school, he served as an Editor of the Hastings Law Journal. He was admitted to practice in the State of Hawaii in 1984. A noted author and lecturer on Hawaii construction law, Mr. Feldman is a member of the Hawaii Bar Association and American Bar Association and serves the ABA as a member of the Forum on the Construction Industry. He also serves on the Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators with the American Arbitration Association (including the AAA's select panel for large, complex construction disputes) and on the panel of Distinguished Neutrals for Dispute Prevention & Resolution, Inc.
