A partner with Alston & Bird’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group, Bryan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation at the intersection of antitrust and technology. Bryan has represented essential patent owners, telecom equipment manufacturers, and wireless and wireline carriers in a wide range of disputes. He has extensive experience with high-value essential patent licensing trials and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in the industrial and manufacturing industries in trial, arbitration, and appeals to state and federal appellate courts.

Bryan previously worked in the construction industry, where he oversaw the design and build of residential and commercial projects.
