Brianne Paugh represents individuals and businesses on matters related to real estate acquisitions and dispositions and in real estate-related litigation and title insurance claims and defense. Her practice includes negotiating and preparing contracts; drafting and reviewing deeds and easements; reviewing title work, surveys, contracts and loan documents; and conducting settlements.
In addition to real estate, Brianne has experience in administrative and civil litigation. She has represented injured workers before courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as in state administrative proceedings. Brianne served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services Compensation Review Board. She also has written substantial appellate motions and briefs for workers’ compensation claims and tort cases.
