Born in Sigmaringen in 1984, Bastian Voll studied law in Constance. He completed his legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg, including posts in a major German law firm and the Hamburg city administration. Subsequently, he spent more than six years in a medium-sized Hamburg law firm in the field of private construction law.
Mr. Voll joined ZENK in 2018.
He advises his clients primarily on questions of private construction law and architectural law pertaining to the drafting of contracts, the execution of construction projects and the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement or defense of claims, including claims for the extension of construction periods.
