After eight years working in the Litigation and Arbitration department at Landwell-PwC, Álvaro joined Lupicinio International Law Firm. He has experience in civil and criminal arbitration and litigation, and has advised both national and international clients. Álvaro has worked on litigation cases resulting from all forms of contracts, including distribution, agency, supply and construction works contracts amongst others. Furthermore, he has advised on actions for voidness, contractual resolution, as well as on matters relating to the Illegal Competition Law, publicity etc. Alvaro has also provided legal advice on claims resulting from the purchase-sale of companies, as well as oncorporate conflicts, both related to internal management and shareholder relations.

CCI: Advised a Spanish company against a Dutch company in a dispute over defects in the construction of a terminal for the import of cement in a Spanish port.
CIMA: Advised a Spanish company against an Italian company in the termination of a share purchase agreement due to disputes regarding the closing balance.
