Alberto joined PwC TLS in January 2006 as a partner responsible for the VAT practice. Formerly he has had relevant positions in the Spanish Ministry of Finance, where originally joined as a Tax Inspector(General Director and Deputy General Director in Spanish Tax Agency). Alberto holds a Degree in Laws, Universidad de Zaragoza, and he has been Professor of Value Added Tax and legal procedures. He is the author of many books and articles about VAT. Member of the Tax Payers Defense Council, advisor body of the Spanish State Secretary of Finance and member of board of AEDF (Spanish branch of IFA and ILADT). Spanish representative in FEE VAT Task Force and Policy Group.
