At Martin Law, we practice something that you won’t find at most other law firms: compassion. We care about what happens to each and every one of our clients, and we fight for them. In fact, we don’t even charge you unless we obtain financial benefits on your behalf. We’re also one of the few law firms in Pennsylvania that restricts its practice solely to representing injured workers and disabled people in workers' compensation and Social Security Disability cases.

Our firm practices exclusively in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security, Long-Term Disability (ERISA), and Veterans' Benefits. We have thirteen (13) experienced workers’ compensation attorneys, who cover cases throughout the eastern portion of Pennsylvania. Since the Spring of 2013, six (6) of our attorneys became Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialists by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Additionally, we have two (2) experienced Social Security and one (1) Long-Term Disability attorney, who cover cases in the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey area. We also have two (2) attorneys accredited by the VA. The Martin Law team is built on decades of experience in obtaining the best possible outcome for each client we represent.

Our trial lawyers have handled cases ranging from spinal injuries to repetitive trauma injuries to fatal claim petitions. And we know our territory well - our attorneys have appeared and tried cases before nearly all of the judges in eastern Pennsylvania. When you sign on with us, you’ll reap the benefits of working with an exceptional team. Each one of our litigating attorneys has a full staff support team that ensures quality service and results. In addition, we have the most sophisticated technology, which, in combination with extensive human resources, enables our attorneys and staff members to immediately address any questions or concerns you may have.

Our principal office is in Center City Philadelphia, and we also maintain branch offices for your convenience in Malvern (Chester County), Reading (Berks County), Allentown (Lehigh County), Bristol (Bucks County) and Camp Hill (Cumberland County).
