H. Ronald Klasko
H. Ronald Klasko (Ron) is widely recognized by businesses, universities, hospitals, scholars, investors and other lawyers as one of the country’s leading immigration lawyers. A founding member of Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP and its Managing Partner, he has practiced immigration law exclusively over three decades. Under his leadership, the firm has been chosen every year for the last ten years by the highly regarded Chambers Global as one of the top immigration law firms in the United States. Ron himself is recognized annually  by Chambers Global, U.S. News and World Report, Best Lawyers., Lawdragon’s/Human Resource Executive’s list of The Most Powerful Employment Attorneys Guide, Who’s Who Legal in Corporate Immigration, EB5 Investors magazine's Top 25.

Often cited as an authority on EB-5 matters, Ron is routinely invited to speak at conferences. Ron has been interviewed by U.S. and foreign media on numerous occasions and has been quoted in Forbes Magazine, Wall Street Journal and other media on his views on EB-5 matters. One of the most prolific EB-5 bloggers, he has published hundreds of articles in national and international journals, newspapers, and conference handbooks. Ron is the co-author of the two volume Employers’ Immigration Compliance Guide (Matthew Bender 1985).

William A. Stock
William A. Stock (Bill) is one of the country’s leading immigration lawyers. A founding member of Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, he has practiced immigration law exclusively for over twenty years. His clients include small businesses, medium sized companies, and multinational corporations and their employees, as well as individual clients, investors and researchers.

Bill served as President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the 14,500 member national organization of immigration lawyers in 2017.  He has long been active in the association on both a national and state level and has served several terms on the Association’s Board of Governors. In 2000, he received the Association’s Joseph Minsky Award for outstanding accomplishments in immigration law.

Elise A. Fialkowski
Ms. Fialkowski has experience in worksite enforcement and leads the worksite compliance group. Elise counsels clients in I-9 compliance, E-Verify and H-1B Labor Condition Application (LCA) compliance. Elise’s practice also included advising employers in traditional employment and labor law matters, including litigation as well as advice regarding proactive action to avoid and minimize claims. With her immigration clients, she has provided counseling, training and policy development services to employers in a diversity of industries including, for example, pharmaceutical, financial, university, food and beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, and technology.

Daniel B. Lundy
Mr. Lundy has a broad immigration background, and currently works primarily in the EB-5 field, where he represents developers and regional centers seeking to raise foreign investment capital through the EB-5 visa program.  Mr. Lundy is involved in some of the most complex EB-5 cases in the industry, and is routinely involved in complex appeals and litigation related to the EB-5 program.  Mr. Lundy has been selected as a “Top 25 Immigration Attorney” by EB-5 Investors Magazine two years in a row.

Anusree Nair
As the Investor Team’s managing partner, Anu is responsible for the preparation and filing of all EB-5 Petitions, both through regional center investments and individual investment opportunities. Anu’s command of investor-related issues is recognized within the field and she is frequently called on to review EB-5 cases prepared by other law firms to ensure compliance with USCIS’ extremely rigorous standards. Anu is routinely retained to respond to difficult Notices of Intent to Deny and to file appeals for denials received by other firms. She represents clients at visa interviews, both at U.S. Consulates overseas and with the Citizenship and Immigration Services in the United States.

Michele G. Madera
Michele G. Madera is a Partner in the Firm’s Philadelphia office. Michele’s practice is focused on employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant matters for large corporations with a high volume of immigration matters. Michele has extensive experience advising clients throughout the labor certification process, including assisting companies in planning for the labor certification process, performing the labor market test in the United States, filing the Form ETA 9089, and responding to Audit Requests by the Department of Labor. SMichele has represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Prior to joining the Firm, Michele practiced business immigration law in New York, where she represented large multinational corporations in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on Information Technology professionals.
