N.L.R.B. 271 (2001), a National Labor Relations Act case upholding an employer's right to require confidentiality during sensitive internal investigations, and Nevada Employment Security Department v. Holmes, 112 Nev. 275 (1996), upholding before the Nevada Supreme Court the right of employers to conduct drug testing through hair samples and issue discipline for illegal drug use.
