As part of our market leading global dispute resolution practice, our New York team offers a wealth of experience both across industries and internationally. The New York team consists of commercial litigators and international arbitration lawyers who advise and defend clients with significant exposure in cross-border and US litigation.  The team's focus encompasses complex commercial litigation, extensive US trial experience and proceedings in the US courts arising out of cross-border disputes (such as in relation to jurisdiction, discovery and enforcement). We also have extensive experience in product liability matters, including managing litigation internationally and related regulatory issues.
