Professional Leadership

Founding partners John H. Genovese, Michael D. Joblove, and Paul J. Battista established GJB in 1999, drawing on their extensive experience at national law firms.  Through the years, the firm has grown to serve clients in a wide range of transactional and regulatory practice areas, as well as complex commercial, franchising, real estate, and white-collar litigation. Many GJB attorneys have been recognized for their professional accomplishments, and the firm’s senior attorneys are leaders in national and local bar organizations.
