Mr. Fradette is a practicing attorney and licensed pharmacist in the State of New Hampshire.  He graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 1977 and the Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1982.  After 15 years of practicing law, he returned to college part-time and earned a Masters in Public Health from the Boston University School of Public Health in 2000, concentrating in health care finances, risk management, and medical/legal ethics.  His area of practice is focused in professional malpractice, including medical, pharmacy, legal, and other learned professions; and employment law representing employees and occasionally employers.  A few examples of his malpractice cases include winning a $5 million malpractice verdict for a 64 y.o. woman blinded due to her ophthalmologist’s negligence, a $1.8 million verdict for a 79 y.o. cardiothoracic surgery patient who suffered a stroke within days of discharge, and a $375,000 verdict for a phlebotomist against a community hospital.  In employment law, he won a $31 million verdict for a female pharmacist for gender discrimination and retaliation, a $2 million verdict for another female pharmacist for gender discrimination and a $480,000.00 verdict against a New Hampshire employer for wrongful termination.  He is a Board Certified Trial Lawyer and devotes the majority of his time to complex jury trials. Mr. Fradette donates his time and talent to professional and community affairs by serving on various community boards, professional associations and as a founding member of the New Hampshire PharmAssist Foundation and the New Hampshire Bar Association Lawyers Assistance Committee.  Mr. Fradette was the President of his class at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, a past president of the New Hampshire Pharmacists Association, and has received many awards as an outstanding member of the professional community.  Since 2007 to present, was selected as a member of the New England Super Lawyers in the area of Professional Liability.  In 2018 he was selected to be included in the Best Lawyers in America.  In June 2008 he served as Adjunct Professor of Health Law at the Franklin Pierce Law Center.  He and his wife have three adult children and several grandchildren.
